Uphill is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Uphill Pro
Uphill Pro is either a yearly purchase that renews each year until you cancel it, or a one-off lifetime purchase. Both are bought and managed through Apple.
A yearly purchase renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. You can cancel in your iPhone's Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
The test and your trend stay free either way.
Your health
Uphill is not a medical device, and its result is an estimate, not a diagnosis. If you have a health condition, talk to your doctor before starting a new exercise plan. Stop if you feel unwell.
Your data
Your data stays with you. The privacy page says what that means.
